Yanqing 1.6MW Roof PV Power Plant
This project is situated in Zhongguancun Yanqing Park. Longyuan Power installed PV cell modules on 25 building roofs in the Incubation Area of Zhongguancun Yanqing Park, with total installed capacity hitting 1.6MW. Through the DA-to-AC converter, PV current was converted into alternative current and stepped up to 10KV, and then connected to microgrid of the park, which will supply electricity to users. In this project, the electricity settlement rule is “Self-generation for self-use, remaining electricity connected to grid”. It is worth saying that the microgrid of the park boasts the smart grid’s 8 factors (including wind, PV, storage, transformation, distribution, use, transmission, and connection), and fully displays the advanced green energy technology and philosophy “Reliable in supply, and smart in use”.
After the project is completed, its annual equivalent full-load time will hit 1,181 hours, and green electricity of nearly 2 million KWH will be supplied to the park per annum on the average, which will cover more than 25% of the incubation area’s designed electric load. In addition, the Company’s success in completing the exemplary independent microgrid project in Beijing Badaling Economic Development Area through integration of urban microgrid technology with advanced control notions (PV, energy storage, and user) and construction & operation mode provides referential and reproducible effective solution for expansion of the new energy utilization.
