This year, in face of extremely cold weather, Longyuan Power made plans earnestly, deployed work in advance, adopted multiple measures, and quicken the pace to raise generating capacity in response to market demands. In addition to strengthening management and control over safety and environmental protection, the Company strengthened operation management on duty in all aspects, took advantage of the wind power forecast system to locate the windy season, and pertinently carried out preventive maintenance to transform from “Passive emergency repair” to “Proactive prevention”. Meanwhile, the Company meticulously pushed ahead with equipment management work, raised the unit’s load factor and healthy running level, and seized opportunities to raise the generating capacity and ensure safe, steady, and reliable power supply. Moreover, the Company’s subordinate departments and units took the initiative to assume responsibilities and do well their work actively: by January 31, more than 20 subsidiaries respectively in West Inner Mongolia, Hebei, and East Inner Mongolia, etc. had overfulfilled their monthly plans, among them, 13 subsidies recorded a new high in generating capacity on a yearly basis, for example, Longyuan Power Shaanxi Company has hit a historical high in monthly generating capacity since it was put into production.
