On December 16, China Longyuan signed a strategic cooperation agreement with Chifeng Municipal People's Government in Chifeng. Sun Jinbiao, General Manager and Deputy Secretary of CPC Committee of the Company, and Wang Wangsheng, Deputy Secretary of CPC Committee and Mayor of Chifeng, attended the ceremony and made a speech. Jin Ji, member of the Party Committee and Deputy General Manager of the Company, and Huang Guowen, Deputy Mayor of Chifeng, signed the strategic cooperation agreement on behalf of China Longyuan and Chifeng Municipal People's Government respectively.
Based on the strategic agreement, both sides will, in accordance with the important instruction of "prioritizing ecological conservation and boosting green development" proposed by General Secretary Xi Jinping, deepen the cooperation between government and enterprises comprehensively and promote the economic development, rural revitalization, ecological governance and construction of "Two Integrations" effectively; both sides will, by upholding the cooperation principles of "Mutual Complementarity, Win-win Cooperation, Mutual Benefits and Joint Development", give full play to the advantages of Chifeng Municipal People's Government in region, resources, foundation and environment and China Longyuan in capital, management, talents and technologies respectively, adhere to the combination of near-, medium- and long-term goals to promote the planning, development and construction of the new energy base in Chifeng according to the requirements of support by Government and development by enterprise.
Before the signing ceremony, Sun Jinbiao extended his thanks to Chifeng Municipal People's Government for its long-term support, and briefly introduced the development layout of China Longyuan and the construction of its projects in Chifeng. He pointed out that, China Longyuan will thoroughly implement the new energy security strategy of "Four Revolutions, One Cooperation" and the objectives and requirements of carbon peak, carbon neutrality and low-carbon development proposed by General Secretary Xi Jinping. The signing of the strategic cooperation agreement was to implement the concrete action proposed by General Secretary Xi Jinping of ecological civilization thought and promoting the new energy development. China Longyuan will insist on the concept of "developing hand in hand, mutual complementarity, mutual benefit and win-win results", strengthen the strategic cooperation of new energies through multiple modes like wind power-optical energy-stored energy + protected agriculture, source-grid-load-storage + ecological governance, ecological management of new energy resources in mining areas and others, so as to make contributions of China Longyuan in accelerating the economic development and optimizing the energy structure.
Wang Wangsheng thanked China Longyuan for its powerful support to the new energy projects in Chifeng, and hoped that both sides could take the signing of the strategic cooperation agreement as an opportunity, give full play to the technological advantages of the enterprise and the resource advantage of the government, make in-depth planning and promote in-depth development in clean energy industry, so as to actively create a more optimized business environment for the development of China Longyuan in Chifeng, thus realizing win-win solutions to government and the enterprise.
