On November 18, Longyuan Power’s wind power generation capacity reached 203 GWh per day, a new high this year.

This year, Longyuan Power has conscientiously implemented the Group work deployment of "one prevention and three guarantees", closely focused on various requirements of the Group’s work meetings at the beginning and the middle of the year, insisting on focusing on epidemic prevention and control on the one hand, and production safety on the other, and fully mobilized the subjective initiative of all employees. It has consolidated the foundation for safe production, completed the systematic construction, kept an eye on the unplanned downtime, carried out in-depth equipment management, comprehensively implemented the construction of industrialization and informatization, and competed the electricity generation in an active manner. Under the premise of continuously perfecting the responsibility target assessment mechanism, Longyuan Power has called on all employees to fight hard in the fourth quarter, focusing on the spirits of meetings at the beginning and middle of the year, and carrying out work in the principles of “more power generation, less downtime, less assessment, and cost reduction”, to ensure various production targets throughout the year can be accomplished.

Guided by "Document No. 1", Longyuan Power has applied information technology thoroughly to initiate smart safety management; it has built up an enterprise WeChat management platform for barrier-free communication with all employees of Longyuan Power engaged in production and infrastructure, so as to achieve point-to-point search for people and point-to-surface inspections; it has developed applications for external commission personnel management and large-scale hoisting operation safety management, so as to achieve precise management of outsourcing work in wind farms in a smart manner; it has developed an on-site attendance system for enterprise managers, to consolidate the main responsibility of enterprise safety management in a closed-loop management mode, i.e. location check-in, handwritten signatures, photo upload, and work records, etc.

For the purpose of enhancing the system construction, Longyuan Power has started from implementing the safety production standards, and strived to build the three management systems, i.e. safety, quality, and occupational health. In accordance with the work goals set at the beginning of the year, it has carried out the "three standards and one system" construction in a solid manner, and officially issued the system management documents, and launched the trial operation of the headquarters and the three subordinated pilot unit systems on schedule. It has issued the standardized instruction books and standardized work cards for overhaul operations, which contains 83 work items in 6 categories. Meanwhile, it has revised the Safety Production Capacity Evaluation and Management Measures, added the production management performance evaluation content, improved the golden wind farm evaluation rules, and inspired all affiliated units to focus on the goal of "zero accidents, more power generation, less shutdowns, and less assessment".

In addition, Longyuan Power has implemented key technological transformations and 7 promotion projects for wind turbines, and significantly elevated the operation stability of the units. It has further deepened the entire process management and control of safety, progress, quality, and acceptance of equipment overhaul and technological transformation projects, executed the post-project evaluation, and continued to consolidate management results. It has kept up closely with policy changes, sorted out and analyzed the number of on-grid utilization hours of new energy projects under operation within the system, with an attempt to provide a basis for decision-making in the following steps of equipment management. Longyuan Power has taken efforts to promote the digital transformation of production, collected massive wind farm equipment data, built a production information system, promoted the interconnection of ERP system, the production monitoring system, and the production control system, so as to lay the foundation for provincial monitoring, unattended or few-person duty, and promote digital production transformation, and boost safe production and operation up to a higher level.
