With the ongoing annual NPC and CPPCC sessions, Longyuan Power has given top priority to well maintain power supply as its foremost task, an effort with high sense of responsibility and mission to secure safe production and reliable power protection during the sessions.

In detail, Longyuan Power has set up a national leading group for the safeguard of safe production and environmental protection during the two sessions to well coordinate epidemic prevention and control, safety power production, and environmental protection. Guided by CHN ENERGY’s requirements for "One Prevention, Three Guarantees", Longyuan Power has continued its effort to put in place epidemic prevention and control brought forth by CHN ENERGY and local government as a regular operation, ensuring "zero suspected and infected case". As for the operation of power supply, a breakdown operation scheme has been set up to better operation mechanism of power protection through clear-cut assignment of responsibility for all levels and the highlights of key tasks. All the endeavor aims at establishing an enabling climate for the sessions.

In response to the call, all units of Longyuan Power have pulled it together and fell into place the above measures on all fronts. Particularly, each wind power station has fully carried out specific steps set forth by the issued "three measures (i.e. Organization measure, safety measure, and technical measure) and two schemes (i.e. Construction scheme and contingency scheme)". Moreover, focus on safety production has been undertaken through overall inspection, well contributing to the annual target of excellent equipment management and centralized special remediation. They have poured all the efforts into the perfection of trouble-shooting and governance system. With a view to ongoing COVID-19, Longyuan Power has upheld policy of "One Prevention, Three Guarantees", pooling all sources to implement daily measures required by the company and local authorities in ways that empower the power operation to be screened from the epidemic. As a major power supplier, Longyuan Power has continued to identify main safety accountability of power monitoring system in every aspect, and carried out protection work against virus, attack and destruction in compliance with Provisions on the Security Protection of the Electric Power Monitoring Systems and the requirements of "Ten Prohibitions" on the safety of power network formulated by CHN ENERGY. When it comes to the contingency scheme, a special plan for power protection has been developed to strengthen the management of emergency material and integrated emergency response system, and to pay close attention to climate change and any other abnormal conditions. Efforts have been made to ensure well streamlining of the information and timely issuance of warning, escorting safe and sound operation of the group during the sessions.
