On April 29th, Longyuan Power and Hegang Municipal People's Government of Heilongjiang Province (hereinafter referred to as Hegang Government) held an online ceremony for the signing of Cooperation Framework Agreement of Longyuan Power on Pilot Project of Subsidy-free Grid Parity for 0.5mW Photovoltaic Power in Hegang City.

In accordance with the agreement, the company is scheduled to develop the 0.5mW photovoltaic power generation project in the coal mining subsidence area in Hegang for the comprehensive utilization of the land resource. The project is divided into two phases: the first refers to the achievement of 0.25mW grid generation in the north district by the end of 2020, and the other to the completion of 0.25mW power generation project in the south district as of 2021. During the construction, the company will be committed to the coordination of the management of the mining subsidence areas with the development of the project. It will apply cutting-edge concepts, and hold itself to the highest design and construction standards in ways that set up a sample project and explore and develop a demonstration base for wind, PV, coal-fired, and energy storage power generation.
